Keshnie brings over 23 years’ experience spanning the entire HR value chain, with expertise in strategy development and implementation; HR transformation and digitisation. She is recognised for her authentic leadership; passion for developing people; and ability to cultivate high-performing teams. Known as an innovator in the HR space , she enhances employee experience while aligning people strategies with business goals.

Keshnie’s previous roles include the Africa HR Lead for Accenture as well as for PwC Africa – Assurance practice. Her main focus has been innovating and driving the Africa people strategy across various countries and industries; in alignment with global people and business strategies. As the global HR GM for the Agriculture business at Omnia, Keshnie also focuses on inclusive global culture initiatives as well as supporting sustainable growth in the various countries that the organisation operates in.

A thought leader within the HR fraternity, Keshnie has published articles in Forbes Africa and has appeared on CNBC Africa discussing best people practices.

Outside of work, Keshnie is a wannabe keys player and is studying towards a music qualification. She enjoys travelling; reading; socialising; trying out new experiences and having lively debates (LOL) with her teenage daughter.
