The TESD breakaway session will provide a focused, strategic overview of the state of the Temporary Employment Services (TES) sector, drawing from the latest Workforce Resilience in Transition: TESD Annual Industry Analysis 2025. The session will unpack how the sector has demonstrated resilience, professionalization, and growing strategic relevance despite regulatory complexity, economic pressure, and evolving workforce expectations. Key insights will highlight the shift of TES providers from transactional labour suppliers to trusted workforce partners, enabling clients to achieve agility, compliance assurance, and operational continuity in an increasingly volatile labour market.

Building on these insights, the TESD will equip recruitment agencies with practical, commercial strategies to position and sell TES effectively in the current landscape. This includes reframing TES as a risk-managed, compliance-driven solution, articulating value beyond margin, and structuring sustainable pricing models that account for legislative requirements, governance, and workforce management costs. Attendees will gain clear guidance on how to confidently engage clients, differentiate from non-compliant competitors, and position TES as a high-value, strategic workforce solution aligned to modern business needs
