For me it is about doing loads of everything that you enjoy doing and as little of everything that you don’t enjoy doing.
So instead of trying to free up time (often to the detriment of something else) to be able to do something you enjoy, why not instead focus on making what it is that you are doing in the first place… enjoyable!
