Leone Odendaal is an accomplished Human Resources Manager with Employment Relations and Industrial Relations as specialist field.  Over two decades of experience across diverse industries including finance, manufacturing, tertiary education, agriculture, and retail. She currently leads the Human Capital function at InnoVent Rental and Asset Management Solutions, where she has been instrumental in establishing strategic HR frameworks, where the team drive culture and high performance.
