As the founder of Construct Executive Search (CES), a niche recruitment agency specializing in Senior to executive placements across engineering, construction, and technical sectors, Kabwe has redefined leadership in a traditionally male-dominated industry. From a modest apartment office in Johannesburg, she built CES into a respected, female-led firm with a footprint across Southern Africa and Lusaka, Zambia.

Her leadership is defined by strategic insight, relentless drive, and a commitment to excellence. CES is known for its proactive approach to talent acquisition, offering customized human resource solutions that include recruitment, talent management, salary benchmarking, and more. Currently serving as an exco & senior executive at Takora and Seigo Staffing both HR & staffing agencies she started from inception.
